Kingston’s current planning zones

Lee County uses school-choice enrollment zones rather than assigning every address to one guaranteed neighborhood school. Current East Corkscrew planning identifies these options for Kingston:

Elementary · Zone QBonita Springs · Pinewoods · San Carlos Park · Spring Creek · Three Oaks
Middle · Zone GGBonita Springs Middle Center for the Arts · Three Oaks Middle
High · South Zone 3Bonita Springs High · Estero High

Families rank eligible schools during enrollment; placement depends on district rules and available capacity. Transportation eligibility may be narrower than school-choice eligibility.

Verify by final property address

Planning details last reviewed September 2026. Kingston addresses and district boundaries may change before occupancy. The True North campus remains proposed; grade configuration, capacity, timing and enrollment preferences are subject to final approvals and change.
