The supplied brochures illustrate 17 plans: two Villas, five Executive Homes, five Manor Homes and five Estate Homes. Jupiter also appears in the published home release. Ask Gary for its current official floor plan.

Which are the Kingston South villa plans?

The Pelican is a 1,462-square-foot, three-bedroom villa. The Osprey is a 1,564-square-foot, two-bedroom villa with a study. Both are single-story plans with two-car garages.

Is the community called Kingston South?

Yes. Lennar’s current official community page uses the name Kingston South for the Estero community along the Corkscrew Corridor.
