The practical side of your next move

Love the home.
Know the numbers.

Explore a monthly payment that includes more of the real picture. Adjust your down payment and loan assumptions, then connect with Lennar Mortgage for your next step.

Build your estimate

Change any number. The rate, taxes and insurance below are illustrative starting values, not quotes.

Add the ownership costs

2026 community figures use Villa 36′, Executive 52′, Manor 62′ and Estate 72′ lot types. Other widths differ. Both fee fields are editable; confirm the specific home's assessments with Gary.

If your tax estimate already includes CDD, remove that amount from taxes or set the separate CDD field to $0. Mortgage insurance starts at $0; enter your lender's estimate if required. Taxes for new construction may differ substantially from a prior land-only tax bill.

Ready to explore financing?

Use Lennar Mortgage's official digital application to get started. Ask your loan officer what documents are needed for preapproval, which loan options fit, and what the full closing costs and cash to close would be.

Planning estimate only; not a Loan Estimate, rate quote, commitment to lend or approval. Assumes a fixed-rate, fully amortizing loan. The illustrative interest rate is not an APR or a current advertised offer. Actual costs depend on the property, loan program, credit, lender and insurer. Closing costs, prepaid items, upfront loan-program fees, utilities, maintenance and the separate community food & beverage minimum are excluded. CDD is shown as a monthly budget equivalent and may be collected through the tax bill. No calculator inputs are submitted to Gary or Lennar Mortgage.
